I believe that some of the tattoos are military in nature and pride are part of it. Yes, dicipline among your ranks, malinis tignan pero some of the tattoos are Unit/Rank and Service related. It represents Honor, Pride, Courage, hindi sila mga preso na may sputnik na tattoo etc. Iba po sila sa iba, no pun intended. And it is not urgent..What is urgent is the betterment of their living conditions.... wrong timing mga Sirs...

Tattoo or not be tattooed
Alam nyo PN or the whole Armed Forces imbes na burahin tattoo ng ating mga sundalo eh sa mga bagong recruits eh dapat walang tattoo at IBILI NA LANG NG BALA OR KAYA PAGANDAHIN ANG KALIDAD NG BUHAY NG BAWAT SUNDALO. Why pay Php5000-45000 for the laser removal when you can use it instead for the betterment of the soldiers. Limit it or have a size limit na lang.
