Sana mag-call up ng mga RESERVES for DRRO training, sayang nman kasi marami nagtapos sa ROTC sa college na basic course over the years and yet they are not utilized. The unthinkable might happen here too.
A mobilization of all who finished the ROTC program for a preparedness exercise regarding natural calamity. An exercise that will utilize every ROTC cadet to act to a capacity that we can assist our own barangays (barangay level preparedness). Or if not the barangay, our respective units wherein if disaster struck and that the first responders could not or currently indispose of and we are the nearest can act with authority to help the victims or maintain ''order'' until the proper authorities has arrived to take over.
Kahit once a year per unit/command training, the budget? perhaps kkb, to those who are willing to share a months sat/sun time or 2-3 saturdays and sundays. Since we will benefit from it also.

may i suggest that after you finish your bachelor's degree, you must apply as a police trainee at the PNPA in silang, cavite? in this way, your talent in target shooting can be utilized if u become a member of our SWAT Team which created a great embarrassment in the Quirino Grandstand tragedy. hehehehe
